Cookie & Analytics Policy

Part V — Cookie & Analytics Policy

Last Updated: 21 May 2026.

This Policy explains how the Platform deploys cookies, pixel identifiers, mobile SDK identifiers, and behavioural tracking instruments to operate, secure, and optimise the IHFP SaaS sport ecosystem.

1. Classification of Tracking Instruments

1.1 Essential Operational Cookies: Required for processing multi-loft account switching, safeguarding digital entry-fee checkouts, securing live dashboard data sockets, and maintaining authentication sessions during active tournament windows. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

1.2 Granular Navigation Analytics: Used to map user journeys across the Platform interface, isolate entry pages, record time-on-site metrics, detect registration funnel abandonment, and track interaction volumes to drive evidence-based UX improvements.

1.3 Marketing Attribution Pixels: Used to tie onboarding records back to their original referral or advertising channels (including WhatsApp links, TikTok live broadcasts, organic search, and direct references).

1.4 Audience Segmentation Identifiers: Used to create anonymous user groupings based on regional distribution, performance tiers, and product engagement trends, supporting contextual advertisement delivery to the global community.

2. Third-Party Processors and Their Cookies

The following representative third parties may set cookies or SDK identifiers through the Platform. The current and complete list is maintained on the Platform's cookie management page.

3. Consent Management

Users in the UK, EU, and other consent-based jurisdictions are presented with a cookie banner on first visit that allows granular consent to each non-essential category. Consent may be amended at any time through the Platform's data controls interface. Opting out of behavioural analytics or attribution cookies does not restrict core competition features, although it may limit personalised user-experience elements and the speed of localised content delivery.

4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The Platform recognises the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal on web browsers and treats it as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing for the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act and equivalent regimes.
